Adrian Public School District Board of Education Formal Superintendent Performance Evaluation 2010-2011 I.Objective and Quantifiable Performance Measurements 80% WeightingA.Student Achievement (Standardized tests, other) 20% 1.MEAP/MME/SAT/ACT/Other - APS scores measured against County, State, & prior years scores, 3 year trend data and AYP targets. 2.Graduation / Dropout Rate APS scores measured against County, State, & prior 5-year average APS graduation rate. B.Financial (Budget Management, Annual Audit) - 20%3.Annual Audit will be measured on quality of Audit results: unqualified, opinion, and material findings 4.Manage budget within board adoption in June of 2010. Will be measured by maintaining a minimum ending fund equity of $1,231,181 for the 2010-2011 school year. 5.Develop a strategy for financial sustainability to protect the losses while looking into future years and develop a sustainable cost structure. This will be measured by working within board parameters and targets for negotiations with employee groups.
